Kagura Private Tours

Kagura Ski Resort - one of Japan’s highest resorts, just 70 minutes from Tokyo

Kagura is one of the easiest and most popular backcountry ski touring areas near Tokyo, located in the Yuzawa region. Its top lift reaches nearly 1,900 meters, providing quick access to incredible snow conditions with just a short hike. Thanks to the high elevation, Kagura offers a wide variety of backcountry terrain and consistently delivers light, dry powder snow well into the spring season.

This area is highly favored by Japanese backcountry enthusiasts, so it’s best to avoid weekends and public holidays when the most accessible routes can get tracked out early. Many of Kagura’s best powder stashes and untouched zones are hidden gems known only to experienced local guides, making it an ideal destination for adventurous skiers and snowboarders seeking fresh tracks and expert-led tours.

Our private tours start at ¥100,000 per tour up to 4 people, and ¥25,000 per additional participant. (max 6 people)
